Shipping Policy

At Chibiusa Artist, we work to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition and within the agreed timeframe. Below, we detail our shipping conditions.

1. Shipping Zones

We ship to:

  • National and International

If you require shipping outside of these areas, please contact us to discuss the possibility and calculate the costs.

2. Delivery times

The estimated delivery times are:

  • Works available in store (domestic shipping): 7 business days. For international shipping, please inquire.

  • Custom orders: The lead time includes creation time + shipping time. The creation time will be communicated in advance.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as holidays, customs, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout and will depend on:

  • Destiny

  • The size and weight of the work

  • The selected shipping method

4. Packaging and protection of works

All works are carefully packed using protective materials and reinforced boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Framed works, canvases, and delicate pieces receive special packaging to minimize any risk.

5. Order tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Link to track shipment

6. Damaged shipments or incidents

If your artwork arrives damaged or the package shows signs of wear, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

  • Photo of the packaging

  • Photo of the damage to the construction site

  • Order number

We will handle the issue as soon as possible and offer you a solution (repair, replacement or refund, as appropriate).

7. Shipments returned due to incorrect address or absence

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or inability to deliver due to repeated absence:

  • The customer will have to assume the new reshipping costs.

  • The customer will be notified before the second shipment is made.

8. Customs and duties (for international shipments)

Shipments outside of Spain may be subject to customs duties or local taxes.
These expenses will be borne by the client and depend on the legislation of the destination country.
